This website (hereinafter this Mylee website) is owned and operated by Trinh Pty Limited ABN 87 104 758 250 (hereinafter Trinh P/L) under the domain name "www.mylee.com.au".

1. AN IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT MINORS

such information in the event it has a good faith reason to believe
it is necessary for purposes of ensuring your compliance with this
Agreement, and protecting the rights, property, and interests of Trinh
P/L or any customer of Trinh P/L.
4. TRINH P/L MAKES NO WARRANTY
Trinh P/L provides the Mylee website “as is”, “with
all faults” and “as available”, and the entire risk
as to satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy, and effort is with
you.
To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law, Trinh P/L make
no representations, warranties or conditions, express or implied,
except for those provided in our Trading Terms & Conditions.
5. LIABILITY LIMITATION
(a) In no event will Trinh P/L be liable for any damages arising out
of, based on, or resulting from your use of the Mylee website, to
the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
(b) By continuing to use the Mylee website, you acknowledge and agree
that Trinh P/L is not responsible or liable for:
(i) any content, including without limitation, any infringing, obscene,
indecent, threatening, offensive, defamatory, tortuous, or illegal
content; or
(ii) any third party conduct, transmissions or data, to the maximum
extent permitted by applicable law; or
(iii) any viruses or other disabling features that affect your access

6. CHANGES TO THE MYLEE WEBSITE
Trinh P/L may change the Mylee website or add or delete features in
any way, at any time and for any reason. By continuing to use the
Mylee website, you acknowledge and agree that we are not obliged to
provide you with prior notice of any such changes, except for changes
to this Terms & Conditions of Use, the Privacy Policy and the
Trading Terms & Conditions.
7. CHANGES TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE
We may change the Terms & Conditions of Use from time to time based on your comments and our need to accurately reflect our data collection and disclosure practices. All changes to this policy are effective after we provide you with at least thirty (30) days' notice of the changes by posting the changes on the announcements board and sending email to users who select such notification preference We provide you with thirty (30) days notice to allow you the opportunity to notify us if you do not agree to such changes.

Because Trinh P/L has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Trinh P/L is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Trinh P/L shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
9. TERMINATION
(a) Trinh P/L may terminate or suspend your access to the Mylee website
at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon such
termination or suspension, your right to use the Mylee website will
immediately cease.
(b) Upon such termination or suspension, any information you have
stored on the Mylee website or provided to us may not be retrieved
at a later time.
(c) Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to:
(i) breaches or violations of this Terms & Conditions of Use,
the Privacy Policy and the Trading Terms & Conditions,
(ii) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies,
(iii) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions),
(iv) discontinuance or material modification to the Mylee website
(or any part thereof),
(v) unexpected technical or security issues or problems, and
(vi) extended periods of inactivity.
